This is a 2 hour workshop for someone who needs a reset! Life is hectic and stressful. To be our best we have to first take care of us! Starting with an hour of gentle, relaxing yoga then moving on to sound healing... Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. Please check with the Run Leader(s) directly before attending any runs with under 8s.
