A swimming session aimed for over 60s as well as adults and children with disabilities. It’s a great way to socialise and relax in a pool environment.
In this type of physical activity, the individual completes the activity while seated in a chair . This allows those with mobility or balance issues to exercise and alleviates pressure from the lower body for those who are in pain

This is a free, weekly Badminton session delivered at Vale Farm Sports Centre every at Tuesday 12 noon to 4:30pm in Brent with Ullash!This session is free to attend and open to all abilities (even if you have never played before!). Participants must complete and submit a referral form prior to accessing this class This class is part of our BE ACTIVE … live well programme which is aimed at those with a health condition; the older adult; and/or those who haven't exercised before and don't know where to start. Seated exercise is a chair based exercise to music class, which is suitable for all levels.
