Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Social group walk jog or Run around Gorleston area. Take part at pace comfortable for you; walk, jog or run. Darkness and Street lighting increases risk of trips, slips and falls so the pace will be slow and social. The route is mixture of tarmac and grass with kerbs and road crossings.
