A 45 minute open gym session where the music is lowered. Parents are allowed to come and train with there newborn/children if they are in a car seat or pushchair.
This is the class for you if you are feeling your age, or flexibly-challenged, want to improve your muscular and core body strength, and/or improve your balance and energy levels. Yoga is also known for improving mental well-being. Each class starts with a time to rest and breathe, followed by gentle warm-up exercises for the muscles and joints, before progressing onto stronger exercises. Everyone goes at their own pace.
