Explore, create and perform with Bellingham Beats – a creative dance class for 8-11 year olds. Bellingham Beats is a series of creative dance classes supporting young people to develop their movement and coordination skills, as well as work with friends to create their own choreography. These high-quality classes are taught by a Trinity Laban dance artist, and take place offsite in Bellingham with regular performance opportunities.
Coaching sessions take place Friday evenings during term time at Aldersley Leisure Village. Our coaches deliver high quality coaching sessions. Children are coached within their own age brands and have the chance to meet new friends.

Delivered by qualified dance instructors, our Norwich pan-disability Dance Sessions introduce participants aged 8+ to the basics of dance in fun, weekly classes. Focusing on key dance skills, the sessions, supported by funding from the Foundation, include routines and fun games. Participants can also look forward to exciting performance opportunities throughout the year. Sessions will take place at Carrow Park and will cost £2 per session.
Multi-sport session for children and young people with SEND and additional needs, all ability levels welcome. The session is for 8-19 year olds, siblings are welcome to attend also. The format of the sessions is multi-sport, our experienced coaches will provide a range of different sports, activities and games each week, encouraging participants to learn and develop new skills in a fun, friendly and welcoming environment.
