PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all – though aimed particularly at people who are presently doing little or no exercise – and usually last for about an hour. People are encouraged to walk at their own pace, safe in the knowledge that they are walking with trained leaders, one of whom will remain at the back of the group, with the slowest walkers. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Worcestershire Health Walks
GoodGym will be joining the Friends of Sutton Park Association. Meeting at 11am at the Ash Track carpark (enter the park from Streetly Gate). We will be constructing dead hedges to protect the 16th century boundary of Darnel Hurst and doing a walkover survey within the wood. The session lasts until 3.30pm, but please feel free to come and go as you please.
