Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: Children 18M–4Y = 1 full paying adult – 2 children. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
Low impact Aqua Aeorbics class.
Suitable for all levels, these classes cater to individuals with different experience levels and abilities. They focus on improving core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Options are available both in-person and online.
The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Fun Skills is suitable for riders who have recently learnt to ride without stabilisers and younger riders who enjoy cycling, want to develop and improve their skills and have some fun while doing it.
