We train regularly at all levels from beginner to elite, all ages (6+). We develop our skills in fitness, basketball and socially. We have a good laugh. Our main sessions is Tuesdays from 6:30pm till 9pm, Fridays from 9pm till 10pm. We regularly have junior sessions on Saturdays too. All sessions are held at the LC Swansea, SA1 3ST.
Team Bath AS Para-Swimming, is part of Team Bath AS Performance Swimming Club, and offers expert coaching for para-swimmers at all levels of excellence. We invite aspiring para-swimmers aged 7-16 with physical disabilities and visual impairments to come along and try swimming. Our Community Club in Merton runs weekly inclusive multi-sport sessions. Try fun, inclusive tennis and a range of other sports! Our sports club is open to anyone with a disability aged 8 years and over. Sessions are free, and siblings, parents, carers and support workers can also join! These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
Award winning registered charity Move into Wellbeing ® now in its 10th year of service to the community provides weekly enjoyable, defective, well-structured dance & movement classes for people living with mobility issues. All class material is adaptable and the first part of the class is done seated. Dance is scientifically proven to help improve mood, and is a lovely way to socialise and to work on balance, fall prevention, confidence, and strength.
