Woodley Civic Hall, Hyde road, Woodley, SK6 1QG SMILE is a low impact and gentle exercise concept developed by Life Leisure. The programme provides a fun, engaging and adaptable exercise and physical activity sessions for older adults and those with long term health conditions or disabilities.
Gym session supervised by an Occupational Therapist and Sports Coach, supporting people with variety of disabilities. Carers welcome. Ages 16+ Max 8 people per session. Referral basis only.
This is a free, weekly Badminton session at Farnham Leisure Centre every Monday from 1:30pm to 2:30pm in Waverley by Natasha!This session is free to attend and open to all abilities (even if you have never played before!). Our Adult Disability Class is open to all with full use of our modern and functional gym.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur.
