Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Mainly seated class to help support stronger bones, improve mobility and daily active living. Suitable for people who are at risk of falling or who have fallen previously and are gaining confidence.

Ideal for all abilities, this social session is a fantastic way to meet new people, have fun, and keep fit without the intensity of traditional football.

Chair yoga is practiced either sitting or using chairs for support in various postures and is designed to mindfully increase range of motion while meeting students where they are. This class is ideal for students with limited mobility or healing from injury.
