Free weekly women's walking group in South London. We meet at 6.30pm on Wednesdays and walk for c45 minutes in Peckham Rye Park. Run by an experienced pilates instructor and sports coach. We are a club specifically set up to coach those youngsters with disabilities from the age of 9 years upwards. We meet at Northgate Sports Centre on Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm until 8.00pm in the summer and 6.30pm to 7.30pm in the winter.
