Exclusively for Children with SEND (Special Educational Needs or Disabilities) and their families in the comfort of our small pool. Session will have reduced numbers and music will be turned off to provide a quieter environment. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the water. Only two children aged 1 - 7 years can accompany one adult.  Children under the age of 1 require one to one supervision.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Let's Go Southall CC is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. This group is for everyone who wants to be active whether thats walking, jogging or running.  A chance to meet up with your GFT pals and have a chat at the same time

We are an inclusive sports club offering children (7 to 18 years old) the opportunity to be part of our friendly team and enjoy the thrills of wheelchair basketball. Any child can enjoy this exciting and competitive team sport - and it offers a level playing fiild for children with a wide range of disabilities.
