Swimming is an low-impact workout that works the whole body. It can help build cardiovascular fitness, stamina and strength.
An elegant adult ballet-inspired exercise class, designed especially for active seniors who want to gently mobilise and socialise, improve their balance, and strength and stay active. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing.
