New Inclusive Themed Sensory Sessions are coming to a library near you. Join us for a fun filled session where we will discover light and dark, hot and cold, touch, smell and sound all within our sensory environment. 0-2 Years
A swim lane for registered disabled individuals and their carers. Where possible a double width lane will be provided to maximise social distancing. *Not available online*
Just like a regular yoga class practise. Chair yoga increases flexibility, strength and awareness. The class also includes pranayama breathing techniques and meditation to promote focus, mental clarity and relaxation.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
