A weekly social 5km Walk in Hinckley
Beginner friendly walking group, led by an insured and trained Walk Leader.
Just like a regular yoga class practise. Chair yoga increases flexibility, strength and awareness. The class also includes pranayama breathing techniques and meditation to promote focus, mental clarity and relaxation.
This SEND session is designed to provide a quieter atmosphere and operate at a reduced capacity, ensuring a more comfortable and supportive environment for those with special needs and disabilities. Please note one adult admits one child also.
Free walking group led by a member of staff. 2-3 miles taking between 60 and 90 minutes. 10.45am every Friday, from Cascades Leisure Centre, Thong Lane, Gravesend, DA12 4LG

An Inclusive table tennis session for adults with disabilities. Enjoy playing table tennis in a fun and social environment. These sessions are generally more suitable for those living with a disability, SEND or a long term health condition. Sessions led by a specially trained member of staff.
