For about an hour we will stride out, aiming to cover about 3 miles. This is an exercise session for those used to using their Nordic Walking Poles with the correct technique. Although you may feel your heart beating a bit faster and your breathing a bit deeper, there will be plenty of opportunity to chat with your fellow walkers and take note of the countryside we are walking through.
