Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”. The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.
Chair-based exercise classes are a great way to get you exercising without the fear of falling. Seated exercise is good for mobility function, strength training and social inclusion
Mainly seated class to help support stronger bones, improve mobility and daily active living. Suitable for people who are at risk of falling or who have fallen previously and are gaining confidence.
