Liberate Dance is an exclusively wheelchair-based dance company. At Liberate Dance we believe in celebrating the freedom of movement a wheelchair brings to people with disabilities. We are a friendly, welcoming group for people with disabilities. We teach a range of dance styles from contemporary to Hip-Hop. Our Liberate Dance classes are far more than a dance class - we are a support network and family. We are inclusive, adaptable and flexible to meet your needs.
The Paddle and Play sessions are open to individuals, families and groups of friends who wish to hire or launch sit on top kayaks, open canoes, and paddleboards. They are not Instructor led sessions. Sessions run on a Tuesday evening 6pm – 7.30pm, Saturday morning 10am – 11.30am and from June Saturday afternoon 12.30pm – 2pm. They must be pre booked, you cannot participate without a pre-booking.
