30 to 40 minutes on flat wide paths, no hills. Gentle pace. Children are welcome, however under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult and must also be registered as a health walker.
Walking Netball is a friendly and inclusive programme. It's netball but at a walking pace where rules are slightly tweaked. It has been designed so anyone can play regardless of age or fitness level.

Our combined Tai Chi and Qigong class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Tai Chi steps from the front of the hall, talking you through each of the movements.
