A workout that combines exercises designed to help build full body strength useful in developing everyday life.
A chair based workout which is fun all the way. The chair allows a stable support whilst you are doing your class. Exercises are based around lifting the heart rate, strengthening and stretching your muscles. All done with the support of a chair.
