Enjoy rhythmic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness for all ages and abilities. Wearing active gear will ensure you feel most comfortable throughout the session. Become a member or pay as you go. Each session costs £6, but your first session is free! Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur.
