You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.

These walks are a chance to use your Nordic Walking skills in the stunning surroundings of the New Forest and our beautiful coastline.
This walk starts from the Potting shed cafe (formally called the Hyde cafe). This walk has amazing New Forest views over high heathland. The paths vary but in places can be muddy. There are often donkeys in this area along with New Forest ponies. Occasionally also cows. See below for full description.
