Circuit Training is suitable for all levels of ability and combines high-intensity aerobic exercises with resistance training. It helps builds muscular stength and endurance.
Gentle yoga course taught in person with British Wheel of Yoga teacher Tamsin Kelly. This class is perfect for someone who is new to yoga or enjoys a slower paced class. The poses can be adapted for people recovering from an injury or who have a limitation. In addition students also have access to pre-recorded yoga classes with Tamsin for home practice.
A fun and engaging archery session adapted to be inclusive for all. Led by a fully qualified coach with all equipment provided. Please contact your local Centre for accessibility information.
