Start your day with a small-group outdoor Pilates class in the heart of Battersea Park. This 55-minute session focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility — all with the fresh air and open space of the park. Suitable for all levels, with personalised guidance from your instructor to help you move well and feel energised for the day ahead.

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions 

An early morning 5k walk to start the day off brilliantly. We will have three or four routes that we rotate depending on the weather etc. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. Please check with the Run Leader(s) directly before attending any runs with under 8s.
