A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
This is a session for people with disabilities, mainly aimed at children, but some adults do attend. The sessions provide sensory sound and interactive light systems which helps a number of people with disabilities to relax and provides a calming effect.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

A bookable session to support building a relationship with the water. Suitable for Juniors with a disability and their supporters, and for children under 10 years old.
This one hour walk will follow part of the Nar Valley Way and enable us to enjoy some of the great countryside views. We will then loop back towards the village and end our walk by following some of the lokes before reaching the Castle. It will be at a reasonable pace with the chance build your fitness.
