Trampoline and Gymnastics Coaching. All welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Junior Wheelchair basketball Session
This one-hour session includes a safety briefing, fitting you into a harness and 45 minutes of climbing on the Clip ‘N’ Climb walls. You are free to try as many different walls as you like, going at your own pace. Our instructors will be on hand to support and guide you throughout the session. Ask them for advice or ideas! Birmingham athletics academy is a weekly athletics club based at the University of Birmingham athletics track every Wednesday evening 17:00-18:15.
