Our Community Club in Brent runs weekly inclusive multi-sport sessions. People in wheelchairs CAN play drums, just like anybody else! With my novel technique of balancing the front wheel on the kick drum pedal and simply rocking forward, you can ROCK OUT to all your favourite songs, learn how to play in a band or write your own music, or simply a great way to exercise and have fun! Drumming is awesome and if you can wheely, you can drum!

We offer archery for disabled people. We supply all equipment and coaching. We have disabled archers of all abilities and welcome new members

Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
