A 45 minute open gym session where the music is lowered. Parents are allowed to come and train with there newborn/children if they are in a car seat or pushchair.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Move and dance to your favourite songs with other like minded people, learning movement patterns to create a dance to music. Benefits include joint mobilisation, better flexibility and coordination, improving mental wellbeing and supporting independence for longer. This is a fun social class for all abilities. We have a brew and a chat afterwards.
A welcoming, gentle and relaxed experience in the pool. Great for people who are simply wanting a quieter low key session to enjoy swimming.
Boot camp workouts can vary. They generally include a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each class session.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875.
