This is the walking section of our running group, ideal if you are recovering from injuries, struggling with niggles or just want to walk. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. A walk with far reaching views from the top of the hill to the Isle of Wight. A nature reserve and SSSI with a wealth of history attached to the area. Coffee after at The Bunker cafe which has a time line on the wall to explain this. There is a history board on the walk. See description below.

Fabulous fun way to improve or maintain mobility. After a little catch up we dance to warm up, strengthen, play games, or do some pair work, stretch, challenge our balance, and then relax with some breath work. Something to look forward to in the week. If you want to do it all seated, then that is fine. If you want to stand up for most of it, then that is fine too. I provide all equipment that is needed. All welcome.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
