PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. Join us on our beginners short walk from Eastney Community centre, to Milton Village hall. We take a stroll through Bransbury and Milton Park, where we stop for refreshments in a local cafe afterwards. This walk is vibrant, and we walk through lots of green, helping to get the most out of your walk for you mind and body. Ideal for beginners to walking or exercise, or those who are recovering from illness or injury. The walk takes around 30 minutes.
