Swimming is an low-impact workout that works the whole body. It can help build cardiovascular fitness, stamina and strength.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Strength and balance exercises put into circuit stations including leg and arm strength exercises, balance, cardio, core, co-ordination, tai chi and floor work

Join Emma for a Gentle paced Nordic Walk at Woughton on the Green. For a Gentle nordic walk along the picturesque river and canal of the Ouze valley. A Gentle and safe way to walk yourself fitter!
