Your local walking group will be led by a Barnardo’s volunteer, or your local community worker. The walking groups meet once a week at the same venue in your area, at the same day and time.

We offer chair based classes for all levels. Adaptations for those who attend with post injury/weakness recovery work All our classes are open to everyone as we offer many differentiation moves and all classes offer progressions and regressions. We concentrate on the seven principles of human movement – hinge, plank, push, pull, squat, lunge and rotation, as well as balance £4 per session. Must be a U3A Member (£13 per year)

Each Thursday Kingston mencap is supported by Fulham Foundation coaches to run some fun activities for those with a learning disability at the Searchlight Community centre between 1-3pm. These are varied and not the same each week although Boccia is a favourite with members. We have access to many different games and equipment to ensure the games are adapted so everyone can take part. We have breaks and add in music and singing during the time we are together.
