National League Level Session
Our Wado-Ryu karate sessions are led by Robert Camp who competed from a young age for England and continues to compete himself professionally. The session is open to all ages from age 4 and upwards - parents can join in with their children - and all abilities! This 55-minute session focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility — all with the fresh air and open space of the park. Suitable for all levels, with personalised guidance from your instructor to help you move well and feel energised for the day ahead.
Our sessions deliver a distinctive blend of strength and body conditioning exercises, featuring freestanding boxing bags, weights, steps, resistance bands and more to drum and bass, garage, hip hop, RnB and house mixes.
