London Titans Wheelchair Basketball Club is 30 years old, we are the largest and most successful Southern England club. Running 6 teams across 3 London venues, in the boroughs of Waltham Forest, Ealing and our home venue Harrow. Liberate Dance is an exclusively wheelchair-based dance company. At Liberate Dance we believe in celebrating the freedom of movement a wheelchair brings to people with disabilities. We are a friendly, welcoming group for people with disabilities. We teach a range of dance styles from contemporary to Hip-Hop. Our Liberate Dance classes are far more than a dance class, we are a support network and family. We are inclusive, adaptable and flexible to meet your needs.
Glenburn Table Tennis Club provides table tennis coaching from beginner to international level and at the moment have children covering that full range of abilities.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Saturday Wheels is our inclusive cycling group. We meet every Saturday 2.30 - 3.30 at Wyke Community Sports Village.
It will be a series of sessions. They are intended to be bookable as it suits each learner. So effectively a series of drop in sessions for adults and young adults (16+) who wish to learn to ride, or who can ride 100 meters or more but are not confident and would like to develop their skills. Learning Disability Tennis is for anyone who wants have a go at tennis who has a learning disability. There are two sessions per week - Saturday 2.30-3.30pm and Thursday 4.30-5.30pm.
