A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.

Benefits include joint mobilisation, better flexibility and coordination, improving mental wellbeing and supporting independence for longer. This is a fun social class for all abilities. Boot camp workouts can vary. They generally include a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each class session.
