Walks for Wellbeing offer supported , guided walks that are accessible to all. They offer an opportunity to get out in nature , meet and chat with new people , whilst getting some gentle exercise. . The walk starts at shopping area near post box at 10am and we have various routes in green spaces . All our walks are FREE and last for around 60 mins to 75 mins
Greenwich Get Walking is a healthy walks scheme run by Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT), alongside the Royal Borough of Greenwich and in partnership with Ramblers. Our walks are free, fun and friendly - a perfect way to meet new people and get more active. This is an intermediate level walk for an hour around Eltham, guided by a walk leader.
