On Monday these walks take place around Stanmore and Harrow Weald on mainly flat terrain but we do go on trails through the woods so that we can enjoy the changes in nature throughout the year. All children aged 8-17 years can play, but a large majority of Junior Programme members have a physical or learning impairment. Boccia (pronounced bot-cha) is the most inclusive sport you’ll find! It's easy to play, but harder to master! Boccia is a Paralympic sport with no Olympic equivalent. It’s a target ball sport which tests both muscle control and accuracy.
