PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all – though aimed particularly at people who are presently doing little or no exercise – and usually last for about an hour. People are encouraged to walk at their own pace, safe in the knowledge that they are walking with trained leaders, one of whom will remain at the back of the group, with the slowest walkers. This is a lovely flat paved walk along the recently opened footpath from Hilsea Lido down to the Mountbatten Centre and back. The route allows you to enjoy this safe pathway with newly planted landscaped areas as well as the view over Tipner Lake. There is free parking at Hilsea Lido and buses stop nearby.

New Mills Boundary Walk 8 (Rowarth) The New Mills Boundary is approximately 18 miles in circumference, the aim of these walks is to complete the Boundary over a series of walks.Taking in a mixture of Woods, Riverside, Country Roads and fine views of the surrounding areas too. On this walk we leave Rowarth and drop down to the Little Mill Inn before making our way up and across the back of Lantern Pike from there we head over towards Cown Edge before heading back to the start.
