PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Grade 3 - 1 hour, about 3 miles, moderate hills, faster pace and possible stiles - Grade 4 - Up to 90 minutes, about 4 - 5 miles, possible steep inclines and stiles - (No walks on May 6, 27 Aug 26). If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing. We are a community archery club who cater for all levels of archer. Our AGB qualified coaches can coach to competition level, and we run regular weekly club sessions. Looking to try archery? - we run monthly taster sessions where you can come and try it for yourselves. The coaches will teach you basic tedhnique whilst you enjoy an hour's shooting with us.
These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
