Build full-body strength in a small-group outdoor class using barbells, weights, and timed circuits. This 55-minute session is designed to help you get stronger, improve muscle tone, and gain confidence with lifting — all in the fresh air of Battersea Park. With a maximum of 6 people per class, you’ll get personalised coaching and safe technique guidance, whether you’re a beginner or experienced lifter.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Active Essex Funded Sessions FREE WITH WONDE CODE or Pay per session £20 per child Over the Xmas festive period, we will be hosting 4x daily holiday camps for children aged between 5yrs and 12yrs. Different activities will be available to the children everyday and all food provided. Each session includes fundamental skills involved in each of the sports, as well as various match play of each sport.
