Founded in 2007, BTTC started small with two worn out tables in the Brighton Youth Centre but with the strong belief that table tennis can be used as a powerful tool in engaging people of all ages and transforming lives. Come on a walk with us in the locality of the Saffron Walden area (within a half hour drive from, approx), it's surrounding villages and countryside. I am undertaking 3 walks weekly (generally term time only. You are very welcome to join us. The 3 walks will be of varying lengths and times from a different locations. On Friday morning we will walk approximately 2 miles (1 hour approx).
Keep Active Move More Classes are an enjoyable way to improve stamina and general fitness working at your own pace. You can see the improvements after five sessions. Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. We will do a minimum of 5k and be walking at a faster pace so be prepared to get your wiggle on.
