North East Bulls Wheelchair Rugby Club are a long established club in the North East. We have been providing an opportunity for Physically Disabled participants to play and train in a social and fun environment. Our sessions run 6-9pm Tuesday and Thursdays out of Sedgfield Community College in Sedgefield, C. Our new Downs Syndrome Futsal team is based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. This session is for all abilities, all genders aged 18+. Sessions are every Tuesday 6-7pm. Futsal is a football-based sport played on a hardcourt like a basketball court, smaller than a football pitch. It has similarities to five-a-side football / indoor football, and is considered to have increased accessibility thanks to these and other adaptions.

Cumbria's first Wheelchair Rugby Club is here ! We have introduced the sport into Cumbria to enable individuals with a disability or physical impairment to access an all inclusive, thrill seeking, adrenaline rush full contact Sport ! We also welcome able bodied individual's to come along and train, learn the rules and offer you the opportunity to become an Official or Referee. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Boccia is a precision ball sport, similar to bocce, and related to bowls and pétanque. The name "boccia" is derived from the Latin word for "boss" – bottia. The sport is contested at local, national and international levels, by athletes with severe physical disabilities.
Social group walk jog or Run around Gorleston area. Take part at pace comfortable for you; walk, jog or run. Darkness and Street lighting increases risk of trips, slips and falls so the pace will be slow and social. The route is mixture of tarmac and grass with kerbs and road crossings.
