Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. This class is suitable for everyone. During our practice we will bring focus to the season of Summer to help get the best of out of ourselves during the season. Expect a gentle flowing class to nourish your body and mind.
