Street Bikes is is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. Completely Free Indoor Tapeball Cricket Sessions Supported by Chance to Shine & Warwickshire Cricket Foundation. Ages 8-15. Mixed sessions for any ability. All sessions run by two qualified ECB coaches, with Safeguarding, DBS and First Aid qualifications. We provide all the equipment, so just turn up in whatever you feel comfortable in and get involved! No prior registration required.
An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Breakthrou' dance Families: Join our workshops for wheelchair users with complex disabilities and their families. Fully accessible & inclusive, with changing place facilities and led by experienced dance facilitators. 3 separate sessions, running at the same time, under one roof! The sessions will be relaxed and in a safe environment where everyone can be themselves, make new friends, and try something different.
