Each session includes fundamental skills involved in each of the sports, as well as various match play of each sport.

Handcycle hire of a sport-on XCR adaptive handcycle: 1-2-1 session with a guided ride to build confidence. Individual hire that you can do independently, taking the handcycle out with a group friends/family or just on your own. As an adaptive cyclist, access to a handbike has enabled me to explore areas that were once off limits, and do so at my own pace. We have been delivering inclusive and adaptive supported sessions now for a few years and are now in a great position to host free inclusive adaptive paddle sessions over the summer.
