A swimming session aimed for over 60s as well as adults and children with disabilities. It’s a great way to socialise and relax in a pool environment.
Benefits are both socially and for health. Improve weight loss, aids falls prevention through strength and conditioning and a great way to keep your focus. Meet new friends and boost your mood and your energy.

This is the walking section of our running group, ideal if you are recovering from injuries, struggling with niggles or just want to walk. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. Please check with the Run Leader(s) directly before attending any runs with under 8s. Qualified Run Leaders are insured to lead training sessions with runners using running buggies, however, please check with your Run Lead...
Yoga means unite or join, bringing together of mind and body through our breath. Our Yoga class will begin and end with relaxation, sun salutations and various postures (asanas). Yoga is suitable for all abilities with options and adaptations.
