Our Wado-Ryu karate sessions are led by Robert Camp who competed from a young age for England and continues to compete himself professionally. The session is open to all ages from age 4 and upwards - parents can join in with their children - and all abilities! We offer short walks of between 25 - 30 minutes at the pace of the slowest or least confident person and we are happy to stop and wait for anyone who needs to rest during the walks. The walk is usually followed by a refreshments and a chat.
All our sports are fun and open to all age groups with the emphasis on sustainable enjoyment for participants.
These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
