This session is aimed around improving your running endurance and fitness through interval training using the track. All running abilities and experience are welcome, with the same aim of improving your running and fitness.
Recreational Walking Football for fun, to benefit physical, mental and social health. Sessions are 60 minutes and consist of warm ups, ball skills and games. All ages and abilities welcome. We play on a 3G Astroturf pitch.⚽️

Gentle Pilates allows the mind to relax, body to unwind, and to find a deeper connection between physical and emotional being through the use of linking movement and breath. This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.
