A route of 5km+ suitable for everyone, including walkers, runners and Jeffers. We may ask faster runners to loop back to stay with the group so they may do a slightly longer run. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. Please check with the Run Leader(s) directly before attending any runs with under 8s. Qualified Run Leaders are insured to lead training sessions with runners using running buggies, ...
