Liberate Dance is an exclusively wheelchair-based dance company. At Liberate Dance we believe in celebrating the freedom of movement a wheelchair brings to people with disabilities. We are a friendly, welcoming group for people with disabilities. We teach a range of dance styles from contemporary to Hip-Hop. We are excited to welcome newcomers to Nordic Walking and the use of poles to exercise the whole body while walking. In this 90mins session, your qualified instructor will help you understand your current level of fitness and empower you to use poles at the correct intensity in order to get the results you want. These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
