A Goalball club based in the north of England. A sport designed for the visually impaired/blind. Session is monthly on a Saturday, actual varies from month to month but can be found on social media platforms, please contact for most current sessions.
Our Community Club in Sutton runs weekly inclusive multi-sport sessions. The club offers a range of inclusive traditional and Paralympic sports including football, basketball, cricket, tennis, boccia and more. These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.
We run fun, friendly weekly wheelchair basketball sessions for people aged 11+! The sessions are great for people new to wheelchair basketball or with some experience. We have male and female participants of all ages and with a variety of physical disabilities. Our sessions offer a warm, welcoming place for any newcomers!
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
